The business of Rowing Queensland Limited is managed by or under the direction of the Rowing Queensland Board.
 

The Directors may exercise all the powers of the Company, except any power the Corporations Act or the Rules requires the Company to exercise in a general meeting of members. The Board is responsible for the appointment of the Chief Executive Officer to do all things necessary for the proper management and administration of the organisation. The CEO is ultimately accountable to the Board of Rowing Queensland Limited however the CEO is accountable to the Chairman on day-to-day basis.

 

The Board, comprising seven (7) Directors, five (5) elected by the members and two (2) appointed by the Board.  The Board meets a minimum of eight (8) times per calendar year.​​​
