Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your registration on any course, written notice must be provided to the Rowing Queensland Inc. Sports Development Manager. Cancellation fees are below (based on the day of written notification)

All Courses
15 days prior to course           : Full refund provided
14 – 4 days prior to course     : 20% of your registration fee or $50.00 whichever is greater
3 – 0 days prior to course       : No Refund

Substitution Policy
Substitutes/Replacements are welcome provided a minimum of 3 days notice is given. Full details must be received by Rowing Queensland Inc. of substitute attendees. Please forward information to peterh@rowingqld.asn.au.

 

Minimum Numbers
If insufficient registration numbers are reached Rowing Queensland Inc. reserves the right to cancel the course and 100% of the relevant course fee made will be refunded or the course will be rescheduled to an alternative date. Rowing Queensland Inc. takes no responsibility for any additional costs incurred by the attendee.
